Neighbourly Care


	Neighbourly Care is a charitable organisation run by DBS checked volunteers. It aims to make our community a better and more caring place by providing practical help to housebound or isolated older people, people who are sick or disabled, people who are lonely, parents with young children or people in a sudden crisis. We know that vulnerable and older people can be by themselves all day. We know they might be unable to get out due to ill health or because they are a Carer with someone at home to look after. Neighbourly Care volunteers can offer company via a chat in person or over the phone. We can help with shopping for someone from a shopping list, or we can take vulnerable and older people out to the shops. We can help around the house or in the garden with those little jobs that can mean so much to someone.
