To receive help, clients or their carers just need to telephone the Helpline on 07876 066368. Other ways of getting in touch with us can be found on the Contact Us Page.

After contacting us for the first time, each client is assessed by one of our volunteers in order to make sure that we are able to help. If Neighbourly Care are not able to help we can often direct people to where they can obtain the type of help they require.

Once the assessor has ensured that Neighbourly Care can offer the appropriate level of help, the client’s name and contact details are recorded. After that, when a client requires a service from Neighbourly Care they phone the helpline and detailed arrangements are made with a volunteer. The selected volunteer contacts the clients directly to make the necessary arrangements.

All volunteers have relevant DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance.

Please note that Neighbourly Care do not provide any nursing care.
